Tenantwise was retained to analyze 14 real estate dispositions in Manhattan of a Non-Profit Institution. The detailed analysis performed included: (i) researching zoning and FAR analysis; (ii) reviewing Supreme Court records describing each disposition; (iii) researching current and historical records for each property contained in the Automated City Register System (“ACRIS”); (iv) preparing a valuation analysis based on market comparables of the prices paid versus market pricing; (v) analyzing purchasers’ backgrounds; and, (vi) analyzing the loss or gain on each disposition.
